I would go for the Chase Freedom and wait for the hyatt. If you really want a second card, perhaps the Amex Hhonors or another Amex (Business Gold or SPG). You may want to consider waiting a little longer and hope better offers surface.

I suggest you consider the Chase Ink Bold with Ultimate Rewards
25,000 bonus points after your first purchase combinable with your Sapphire points. First year free. Since it is a business card, Chase may give it to you, even though you have several personal cards. If they first refuse, call the reconsideration line (try 888-245-0625, 888-270-2127, and/or 888-245-0625) to tell them that you want a business card to keep your expenses separate.
You may read about the card on my website below on the Credit Cards > Bank and Other Travel Cards page.

I like the Alaska Air Visa. Depending on the offer its an easy 25K-40K points (and a 7500 referral if I refer you !! ) Pretty easy to qualify though usually a lower credit limit ($2500-$7,500)
I've never used my actual AS FF# yet as you can use your American # for all flights on them, yet I still have 36K AS points just from the bonuses in 2011.
The big thing is the $99 companion cert which is good on any fare including coach or first class fares!
Depending where you live this can work out great. And both ticket earn full FF miles even if you are using your American # on the AS companion flights.
I normally do Austin-YVR in summer..$700 regular ticket and $99+ tax for companion.
Looking at doing Austin-Maui in First this fall...$1400 reg First and $99 companion.!!
And you get a new cert on line each year.

I just apply for Sapphire and will also consider the Freedom card next as the combo seems to make sense as no annual fee for this one

Mine was a Barclays Spirit bait and switch back when my South Texas Coin Laundry was in full swing helping to recapitalize the broken banking system with dollar coins.
Perhaps the loss of my business is the reason why the Postal Service is going to miss the September benefits trust payment.

I think there has been a recent upgrade to the Chase Ink Buisness Bold, I am seeing 50,000 UR points with a $5,000 spend as of today and not the 25K points I was seeing last week and is being quoted above.
I'm waiting for the rumored 80K point targeted, but I am not receiving the 80K targeted despite having way too much cash in Chase Bank.

I use my Freedom card for all purchases under 10 bucks. It provides me a great earning ratio, in my opinion. I would highly suggest this card if you have a Chase checking account.

In addition to this, if you have a Chase checking account linked to the Freedom card for overdraft protection, it makes this an even more lethal combination. This linkage gives you the ability to earn 10 points per transaction, with no minimum on the transaction amount. Therefore, one hundred 1 cent transactions will earn you 1,000 points. Well, 1,001 points to be exact. Not bad for a dollar.

So, not sure if you mean I should now get the freedom card and somehow link this to checking and adding additional overdraft protection with the card?
Also, not sure how you get the points as you posted above with the overdraft?
You could PM me with details if you like.
Thanks
