How Do I Get Target Offers?
I put about $3K a month on my current personal card, though I always pay the balance. Am I not worthy to be targeted? I have 4 chase cards currently, the freedom long term and the others within the last 6 months due to the deals (SW, BA, CO). I think I may have another BofA card laying around, a no fee University of Utah card that had a $500 deal a few years back.

A lot of the targeting is by partners of the cards, not by the cards themselves.
How many airline and hotel programs do you belong to that have credit cards but whose credit cards you haven't ever applied for?
For example, I surmise the key to getting tareted for the 80k Priority Club offer is to have been a member of Priority Club for a while, and having ignored multiple requests for the 60k (untargeted) offer.
OTOH, obviously, if you went for the public CO 50k offer already, you won't be targeted for the targeted-only re-introduction to that offer going on now.
And do you allow every program you join to send you junk mail from their partners? You have to allow their partners to send you stuff for their credit partners to send you targeted stuff. People who ask not to be sent all the marketing stuff aren't sent targeted marketing stuff. You have to take lake full of bathwater to get the baby...

Put yourself on the Opt-in list. Google it. Open a chase banking checking/savings account. Open Frequent Flyer accounts and purchase a ticket or attempt to purchase a ticket with a gift card that gets some type of data into the system (may get refused first time because of low limit, but 2nd, 3rd try they may hold it for 24 hours against that card and keep attempt authorizations until they no longer can succeed).
