Open Frequent Flyer accounts and purchase a ticket or attempt to purchase a ticket with a gift card that gets some type of data into the system (may get refused first time because of low limit, but 2nd, 3rd try they may hold it for 24 hours against that card and keep attempt authorizations until they no longer can succeed).
