Canadian Based: Aeroplan or SkyMiles?
I am Canadian based and was wondering which one should I stay with. I know I should focus on one program, right? I have an Aeroplan CC and Delta CC. So which should I get rid of?
I fly to Europe about 2 times a year and can book on KLM with skymiles direct to AMS but with AC I have to connect. However, AC has the hub where I live. Wit Delta it seems I have to jump through hoops to redeem and AC seems easier. Should I keep both?
Cheers

Some of your decision will have to be based on which Canadian airport you fly from and your class of service. Using the old "3-holer" MD-11 that KLM still insists on keeping out of retirement is not the way I prefer to do long haul.
Are you only redeeming for that one route?

The trouble with KLM and the MD-11 is what I'm trying to warn you about;
