It's very easy to do online. Just follow the instructions. I've done it on my wifes acct. and mine because we had both personel and business cards.
I understood that if one has both a personal & biz accounts -- those are combinable! |

Here's the very best use of Capital One points:
http://www.horizonyachtcharters.com/...ia_40_port.jpg I only had enough points to cover 98% of the cost, but once the charge posted it provided the missing 2%. I now have exactly enough points to refund the 10-day bareboat charter and not $1 more. Online redemption is just a few clicks away. So much for "Don't spend it all in one place!" Six credit card applications (3 Capital One plus 3 AA) became a dream vacation. Amazing. |

It might be a problem if you had different last names. One of the question before transfering is last name of acct. it's going into?

Just local. The charter outfits and their insurers do not look kindly on open-ocean sailing. Besides, what would be the point? If you've seen one idyllic tropical archipelago, you've seen them all. ;)

Thanks You have to specifically choose the travel items to redeem. Sometimes the expenses are not coded correctly. It has been reported that C1 CSRs have been quite helpful in manually coded the items so they are qualified for 1 to 1 redemption. |
I remembered that and had a bunch of SW tickets for that purpose.
I guess I didn't check its redeem homepage well enough. It took me a while to find out the 'request credit' option. THanks |
