Chase Bill Pay Miles

My apologies if this is in the wrong forum, but United is offering miles with setting up Chase bill pay. My question is if these are in addition to using your credit card to pay bills that earn miles, or are they just promoting using your credit card to pay bills only?

But the question is: do you earn miles (even the standard ones) if one of the bills you pay is your cc bill.

In the emails and such they list utilities, but never a cc. Anyone know?
