AMEX miles to Onepass miles

I need advice. I have 3500 miles on my AMEX cc and it gives $100 at 7500 miles I think. There's an option of transferring it to Continental Onepass miles I think. I have 17,600 onepass miles. So should I transfer or just get $100 in few months ?

What is the exact name of the card? $100 for 7,500 points sounds as if it is a Blue Sky credit card. Blue Sky points cannot be transferred to any other program.
