Status Match tips
Hi
Does anyone have any tips on how to status match with other airlines FFP's.
I have Star Alliance Gold (bmi), but am unable to status match with Unitied Milesplus for example.
No joy with Flyingblue either...
Can anyone suggest FFP's that WILL status match?

Welcome to FT!
Airlines usually don't don't status match with their partner carriers within the same alliance.
You could try to status match with carriers of another alliance. But keep in mind that status match is usually once-in-a-lifetime, so you might not want to waste the opportunity until you really need it.

Thanks for the advice Nelumbo, will keep that in mind.
My wife as got Gold Status with Flyblue, will she be able to staus match into the Star Alliance, upgrading her Silver bmi to Gold for example, or is she best trying United or continerntal?
