Segment Run help?

Segment Run help?
Due to my frequent short hops for business, I'll end the year with 90 segments but only 50K MQMs. I'm just guessing 10 segments would be cheaper flying than 25K MQMs to earn Diamond on NW/Delta.
Anyone interested in helping with a segment run? I'm out of MEM or BNA and would prefer to keep trips between Friday and Sunday.
Secondary question - if I don't reach diamond, will I get any rollover on the segments? I think I would start next year with 0 MQMs and 0 segments
