Help figuring out how to use fare

Hello,

I've been noticing this DL fare code on Expertflyer for a couple of months, but I can never seem to get it to book anywhere:

HA14A0UP

I search for FLL-SEA on a random date, and this comes up as a business class fare. Does it mean anything to anyone here?

The rules are generally unrestrictive, other than the 14 day advance.

Despite the trailing "UP", this is just a regular economy-class fare:

I believe you. Note that on expertflyer, it shows as "B" under cabin, though. This is a bug in their system? There are also MA07A0UP and BA03A0UP fares that show the same way.

The 'real' DL xUP fares follow the pattern of XXXXUPXX or XUP.
