Airlines lower fares when they anticipate low demand, so publicity and resulting demand can kill good fares. You'd think that one post doesn't matter, but the Internet is a great multiplier and has on occasion surprised us all.

Welcome to FT! There is no harm in sharing a deal that you saw advertised. Do so with a concise post in the MR Deals forum, and only after you have bought or decided not to buy your own ticket.

Another one bites the dust..
Way to much info has been posted by a few posters over the last few months or so.
Just read some of the post over the last few months in the trick-it thread, and you will see what i mean..

How about using a post limit of say 500 posts or a respect rating limit (you add respect to users when they post good things on FT) for a dedicated forum with the best deals?
