Flew Norway-AMS-ICN-Japan few days ago. No issues at all. Checked in online and boarding passes issued as per usual on KLM. Ticket was reinstated in dec but I was then able to change dates/time without restrictions online on manage booking afterwards.

My JL flight had a 10 minute change.
AF auto rebooked me to an earlier flight.
Now I have less than an hour to get from NRT to HBD, instead of 4+ hours.
Auto rebooting not available.
Looks like I've got no choice now but to phone in.
I'm on an AF reinstated ticket.

To easy.
I was able to move my departure from OSL to the day earlier. Now on the Amelia Air lease.
Connection now in HND instead of changing airports in Tokyo. Overnight in HND though to final destination.
New ticket numbers issued.
Conditions now say refundable and changeable.
Reinstated version said non-refundable.
If I took up more of the agents time, I probably could have changed to KLM to Japan..
He was willing to put me on KL from OSL.
I was able to move my departure from OSL to the day earlier. Now on the Amelia Air lease.

I said I was calling about a schedule change.
No questions asked by the agent.
When I asked about more complex routings, ie: KLM, I was put on hold.
I think it was just so the agent could build the routing.
No extra calls. No "I need to talk to my supervisor."
When I click the make changes button online, I get a can't make changes online, "please contact us."
I can change seats online.
I said I was calling about a schedule change.
