It wasn’t bookable on their site to begin with, only on OTAs

in your original screenshots, at the bottom, google flight showed EVA as an option. The EVA option was gone from google flight when i tried to book.

Thanks. But I have doubt about it now since it has not been ticketed for more than 1 hour.

If a broader date range were available, I'd be on this in a heartbeat.

Unsure about whether US would be admissible to Australia by Xmas, and also unsure on how BR has been handling cancellations and refunds since the beginning of the pandemic.

As such, will have to pass on this great fare. A little jealous of those that were are able to take advantage, because I've definitely always wanted to try BR's J class. Heard nothing but great things.

Out of CI, CX, JL, and SQ, BR was my favorite TPAC flight, by far (with perhaps only SQ coming close in J). Soft Product on BR nearly matched soft product on JL F.

I'm in for one, not yet ticketed but can select seats or BR's manage booking.

If it sticks and the border is still closed I'm going for exemption 5:
"you are travelling on compassionate or humanitarian grounds "

Good luck all.

The Fare has been zeroed out. Best wished to those who booked it. Hope you actually get to fly it and aren't stuck pushing it back for ages.

You are unlikely to get a free date change unless your country has a department like US DOT that forces BR to do so.

BR has been charging passengers left and right for date changes caused by their flight cancellations even if it's same booking class changes since the fare is higher than the time booked (or not offering the original booking code so you have to re-fare due to their non-operations). It's also not going to be a pleasant experience if you have to go through OTA to get the fare.

I wouldn't book any BR flights now if it looks unclear when the boarder will re-open.
