It is a DL fare, fully flex, but it means little nowadays. not minding the long calls, but also the long term loan seems unwise?

Got ticketed on Expedia US within 10 mins. TWOV should be doable for European citizens in Algiers.

It shows that CDG-IAH is operated by Delta in First?
Is everyone sure that this is La Premiere and not Delta First class?

It says 777 operated by Air France And seat map only shows 1 row of 4 seats
