Here is a potential option from AUS to SJU although the miles are slightly short of your goal of 6100 PQM. But you get the required miles by changing your ORD-AUS flight to ORD-IAH-AUS once boarding SJU-ORD flight (6365 PQM after such a change, with 500 min). There should be plenty of such flights because you will arrive at ORD very early in the day. Good luck.

If I understand you correctly, you want to make a one-way trip from EWR to PHX via another destination with 5261 PQM. If so, here is an option from LGA. I do not know your budget. It is $611.

Need Help on 2,000 PQM or 4 segment mileage run from ORD/MKE
I'm an amateur at this, only having done it once in the past. I am in need of 2,000 miles or 4 segments. I live directly between ORD and MKE. Obviously need it by the end of the year...12/20 is out as it's the wife's birthday, as is 12/25.
What is the best way to search? I've tried ITA and google flights, but can't find a way to search that only include 1,000 miles one way or 2 segments.

Any advice is GREATLY appreciated!

I typically use Google Flights and do it the hard way. MKE is non-hub, so a roundtrip to any non-hub should do it. I look for the cheapest places on the map, then look at its calendar, select the cheapest dates, then go back to the map. Repeat. Lots of clicking. One I found after about 2 minutes is:

$284 MKE-ORD-STL-ORD-MKE 4PQS
Fri 30 Dec

I know, not a great price. Will update if I find something better.

On ITA, one trick I have used is something like:
MKE::UA
LAX,SFO,DEN,IAH,ORD,IAD,EWR::UA UA UA+
or
MKE::UA UA UA+
LAX,SFO,DEN,IAH,ORD,IAD,EWR::UA
Doesn't really work well from MKE, because it doesn't allow travelling thru the same hub twice.
