Can't find anything in April - would love to fit Easter in if possible. Google flights suggests it's possible but clicking on the "buy with Qatar" button leads to vastly increased pricing on the return leg
AMS or BRU equally fine. Has anyone found anything using other Japanese airports perhaps?
The fare rules state one free stopover in Africa/Europe plus additional stopovers at $200 - any extra TR potential?

Its for travel on the 03/10. The BRU flight arrives late afternoon and the HND flight leaves at 07am on that day, so it only offered the connection at 0700am on the 4th. I didn't realise the fare was also valid for NRT so i didn't check that.
Either way a few hours in Doha might be fun (or am i expecting too much )

This fare works to most Japanese airports (OKA, MKI, NGO, CTS) but you need to look for them on the QR website itself. You basically get the add-on on JL in business for free.
The transfer times in TYO are long though but that is because of the late arrival in Japan.

Anyone got any opinions on www.japanican.com/en for bullet train and hotel packages? it was tipped over on a trip report.

I hope so. In any case, this doesn't seem to be a super crazy fare like the 100€ ARN to Palau first class ones. It's "just" half of the price my travel agent is quoting me. For now, I'm just going to hold off booking any non-refunable stays or rentals.
