Thanks... I will try a few things. Odd that PER is the key. I found many ways through SYD with returns on CX.

Any ideas how to select a seat on an AZ flight operated by KE?

Has anyone been able to select seats on the AZ sectors? My 6 letter booking ref (Sabre) is not being recognised by AZ website.

The associated Amadeus ref for other airlines on the booking is picking up fine though

Booking made via expedia.co.uk

I received my AZ booking code from Expedia (expedia.ca) and was able to book seats with this code.

You could try and get into your reservation by going to CheckMyTrip:

https://www.checkmytrip.com/cmt/apf/...&SITE=NCMTNCMT

Usually it will give you the airline's booking code, might be worthwhile checking out.

I pulled up the res on the Expedia app, selected the first leg, clicked reload flight info and both PNR came up.

Booked the following

FLR-HKG/TPE-DUS
FLR-SYD-DUS (all on EY except FLR-FCO)

Ouch! This is way too much flying for 2017 but I doubt it will happen.

Miles earned through EY(WY),AF(DL), and SQ(TK) will be worth more than how much I paid for the fares if they get honored, crazy!

Thanks

I do have the AZ PNR which was displayed on my expedia.co.uk confirmation. It is the same PNR that is showing on checkmytrip and Myfllghts (together with the PNR for other non-AZ sectors)

For some reason the AZ website is not recognising that PNR though so I can't select seats on the AZ segments

Sabre is not Amadeus - each airline has its own 'partition' - you need to use AZ Sabre PNR number and not Travel Agency Sabre PNR number (they will differ).
