Explorer789 Dec 10, 2016 5:27 pm

Anyone kind enough to help find something to ICN in June? Really lost here and can't seem to get anything.

ICN died a long time ago, only routing that is available at present seems to be to North America and South Africa, and that is disappearing too.

Yes all of Asia, as per previous post (and similarly, a scan of most recent posts would have told you) Africa and North/South America are the only destinations bookable on this fare now.

Wow can't believe it's still going?

Just booked LIM for a similar price. But, when I go onto AF's website...it gives a 055 ticket number, but at the top of the page it says "your reservation cannot be completed in this country" but seat assignments, record locators, and ticket number has been issued. I am wondering if that is just an AF anomaly from its website.

I booked and ticketed on ebookers DUS-AMS-LIM-SCL-FCO-FLR on KL/AV/AZ for the measly sum of 733€. Departing 09/04, returning 09/23.

ManFactSpendLA Dec 10, 2016 6:10 pm

You have to switch to the country where he ticket was purchased. I.e.
UK

DangerM55 Dec 10, 2016 7:25 pm

I was looking for something in March. I see that I've missed the Asian destinations, but are there any good deals to North America left? I've been searching like crazy on ITA and Google flights but can't find anything :(

sfo seems available.

johnwmaher Dec 10, 2016 7:30 pm

When people are searching this fare on matrix are you using the one-way search or the multi city search? I can't get it to work in Matrix.

meowycrystal Dec 10, 2016 7:30 pm

I think I booked the most expensive among all of you. That's because I need to stick with BA.
24 June-2 JUNE
£813 .15 DUS-LAX-FLR BA and Alitalia by AF

HAHA, funny.

So I booked the following:

FLR - CDG - LAX (AF A380:mad: hate their a380, but whatever)

LAX - AUH - DUS (EY 777, 787 nice)

Total price $1,400 US

DUS - AMS - LAX (KLM 747 ^ this will be 2 days after I arrive in DUS)

LAX - CDG - FLR (AF 777 1-2-1 business)
$2,000 US

So I basically got 2 round trips for $3,400 for two people. I can back up the other ends later with award tickets, but this is gonna be a killer mileage run.

Now, will they ticket on Monday??? We shall see!

DangerM55 Dec 10, 2016 8:12 pm

Managed to find a decent deal to Florida in the end (just what I wanted!) when I changed to using eBookers instead of ITA and Google! Thanks to the OP for posting!
Now I just need a good deal to SE Asia for the second half of the month :)

ESFLYER95 Dec 10, 2016 8:17 pm

Madness that these are still bookable!!

LandMiler Dec 10, 2016 8:18 pm

I booked two for star alliance MR.
NH legs booked in to P class which only earn 70% with NH itself.

All booked via Expedia and got PNRs and 055 stock ticketed.

FLR-FCO-LIN/MXP-NRT (AZ)
NRT-SIN-DUS (SIN 77W and A350)

FLR-FCO-PEK (AZ)
PEK-HND (NH)
NRT-DUS (NH)

DoctorORD Dec 10, 2016 8:25 pm

Maybe a little greedy, but booked DUS-CPT (KLM) // JNB-FLR (Etihad) for ~530 UK pounds using skyscanner -> Expedia. This fare is taking forever to get pulled!

CAWineNerd Dec 10, 2016 9:02 pm

I thought this was dead a while ago but just booked DUS-LAX-FLR Oct 3-9 for 784 pounds/$949.10. Amazing. I'll be there anyway for Oktoberfest, so this is perfect.

BCNforever Dec 10, 2016 9:15 pm

I got
DUS-(CDG)-BOG (AF)
BOG -PTY (AV)
PTY-AMS-FLR (KL)
055 stock, ticketed on ebookers

alpenrock Dec 10, 2016 9:38 pm

Can I change the dates due to fasting month booked on June 6 to 15 AZ-SQ any help appreciated

frebay Dec 10, 2016 9:43 pm

How bad are the AF A380 angle J seats? I guess I shouldn't complain at 750 a ticket...

margarita girl Dec 10, 2016 9:44 pm

I've scanned through many of these pages. Saw one person who booked through Orbitz who had his/her ticket cancelled. Were there any other reports that I missed?

ManFactSpendLA Dec 10, 2016 9:50 pm

IMO pretty bad. I booked it too, but what are you going to do. If you like a recliner style seat then you will love these. If you like lay flat you will hate them.
