For each request, please include the following information:

Departure Airport:
Miles Needed:
Required Spend or Maximum Budget (choose one, and state the value):
Available Travel Dates:
Required Metal or Codeshares Okay:

Route(s) You've Already Searched:
Do you have a Chinese Visa (Yes/No)?

For each response. Please quote the original request. DO NOT START A NEW THREAD.
There are many good fares to China (PEK or PVG). If you have a Chinese visa, these options will be provided.

If your requested PQM is in a few thousand, please give a more accurate amount. You will get fewer options with a roundup number (eg, 5000 instead of 4830; IAD-SFO nonstop will work for the latter.)

Required Spend or Budget: A low as possible, but realistic
Available Travel Dates: Any dates before the cut off
Required Metal or Codeshares okay: *A

Sorry, I don't know a really good way to search for AC fares. The best I can do is search double the distance (assuming 50% credit), and look for reasonable prices. Best I have found in the last half hour is:

AC:$511US YYC-HNL A/L-fare
Sat 09 Dec YYC-YVR-HNL-YVR-YEG-YYC
https://goo.gl/flights/U3MP

YVR-HNL roundtrip alone should be >5000 miles.

Does anyone else see better options?

UPDATE: Looks like this could also work:

UA:$595CA ($466US) YYC-LHR K-fare
YYC-EWR-LHR-ORD-YYC
(2h35m in LHR)
https://goo.gl/flights/2NZH

Just to make sure...88,000 + 8000 = 96,000. But you said you only need 2000 miles? Any chance that's a mistake and that you really need 4000? Or is one of your other numbers incorrect?

Sorry that was a mistake. As of today with ONE of my two work flights booked, I will be at 93,769. The second work trip should get me 4,788 points which leaves me at 98,557 so I'll need 1443 points

3450 miles from 1K

Hi good folks,

Just found out about this forum - really cool stuff! I'd really appreciate some help getting to 1K:

Departure Airport: SFO/OAK/SJC
Miles Needed: 3450
Required Spend or Budget: as low as possible
Available Travel Dates: Dec 15-31 (ideally just a 1-2 day trip) - may be able to do Dec 10-14 as well depending on the trip
Required Metal or Codeshares okay: unsure what this means

Again, thanks so much for any guidance/ideas!

Required Spend or Budget: Have already hit 1K spend requirement, just need the miles
Available Travel Dates: DEC 14-17, prefer to minimize time away, out and backs ideal.

Ticketed by UA, on AC flights. If there's any question on AC earning (does G=G?), you could route return thru DEN on UA metal, the return alone gives you 1716PQM.

Not looking very good. Best I have found:

UA:$1276 IAH-ATH 12817PQM
Fri 15 Dec IAH-EWR-MUC-ATH-VIE-LHR-IAH
(2h55m in ATH, overnight in LHR)
https://goo.gl/flights/uPKY
After booking, double-check booking class on all partner flights, and check against UA earning chart. You don't want to come up short.

It's not a cheap flight, but to put this in perspective: ANC $1046, HNL is $1321...and they are each only 6kPQM.

Welcome to Flyertalk ^

A quick trip to PR will get it done! DEN-EWR-BQN-EWR-ORD-DEN. Plenty of miles (6,383) for about $450. I've done this turn, it is same aircraft in and out so don't worry about any connection Aguadilla.

Good Morning Everyone,

I’m new here but would love some assistance in maintaining Silver for 2018. I have 27.5 PQS’s (need 30), or need 3,324 PQM’s.

Departure Airport: EWR preferably
Miles Needed: 3,324 PQM’s or 3 PQS's
Required Spend or Budget: $350 max spend - I do have a $100 voucher to use as well.
Available Travel Dates: 12/10, 12/16 or 12/17
Required Metal or Codeshares okay: I don’t think this matters - I generally travel to South Dakota on Codeshares.
