What is the wording? My error msg just says "We are unable to find this confirmation number. Please validate your entry and try again or contact us for further information. (8104 - 1929)"

Sorry my bad - it wasn't the error msg. If you click on the question mark in the Manage My Booking box a help section will appear and in there it says:

Please note that Manage my trip service is available only for tickets booked on this site. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause. If you need any other help, please contact our website customer service via [email protected] or directly call us at +86 (0) 898 95339.

Manage my booking worked for me but I did also buy it on HU site. Mixing this one with a bit of time in the Maldives and Thailand. Bora bora will have to wait until 2017+

I was actually nearly sold on QR A350 in April from CMB and this just popped up. I will be flying next month so will report back on my first HU experience.

Booked 4 of us on BKK-BOS (on 2 diff flights) for late April on Orbitz. Didn't want to book directly in case we want to cancel within 24 hours (wasn't sure if HU's website would allow this, but Orbitz definitely does).

Can't pull up the reservations on the HU website, but I have eticket numbers so I feel good about that.

Great fare - thanks again OP!

Booked a couple of these via Orbitz so I have 24 hours to think about it. E-tickets have already been issued.

Just curious what you all think -- what's the chances that Hainan will refuse honor any already issued tickets?

I see no reason why they would not honor this promotional sale. They recently had a similarly priced promotion for YYZ-PEK for $1500 roundtrip in biz class.

JL and even AC are 1-2-1...

The HU 787 J seat looks very similar to QR's 777 J seat. Is it the same manufacturer?

Are there any RT's available at that price? Say 36,000 Bhat or is this strickly a OW fare? Has anyone gotten a RT? I will the HU web site and what they show.

Can't seem to find that fare. OW BKK-BOS keeps coming up at 170,310 Bhat. What am I doing wrong? Help?

Yes, definitely pulled from the GDS it seems. It lasted a good while though & let's hope it sticks!
