AA EQP Milage Runs: Are My Calculations Correct??

Hello All! I am a newbie/first time poster but have found this forum very useful! Thanks to the forum I signed up for the AA Platinum Challenge (10,000 eqp) and booked the two trips listed below. I've calculated that I will have enough qualifying EQPs (10,440) based on the two trips. Could one of you seasoned experts confirm that I've calculated my EQPs correctly? If I have to add another trip I want to leave enough time! Thanks so much!!

Trip #1 (21 Oct 2015):
BOS-DFW-BOS
booked in Q/O
3120 miles
1560 eqp (based on .50 eqp)
$145.74

Trip #2 (10-11 Nov 2015):
SFO-DFW-SJU
SJU-MIA-BOS
booked in A/I
5932 miles
8880 eqp (based on 1.50 eqp)
$713.60

PS: positioning to SFO via southwest points on 11-9-15. staying overnight in SJU--figure I might as well enjoy the beach!

Actually, you'll get 11864 for the second trip due to AA's bonus EQPs for premium fares.

In a similar vein, is there a 500 EQP minimum too?

I thought the bonus EQPs don't count for a challenge???

I was under the same impression about bonus EQPs not counting for the challenge...

You are correct, I missed that.

My calculation is correct for total EQPs earned, but only the normal 1.5x EQPs would qualify on a premium fare.

So a short 90 mile flight, say BWI-PHL would only get me 180 EQPs in discounted F?

This is going to affect my math badly for the run I'm planning.

Actually, there is a 500 EQP minimum for elites. When doing a challenge, one is usually not an elite; hence, the minimum mileage guarantee does not apply.

Ok good. I was mainly asking as I have an MR to do and some of this confused me.

I figured the 250 EQP minimum was for the .5x multiplier on the cheapo fares.

Yes, I should have clarified that on the cheap fares, it would be 250 EQP minimum, whereas on premium fares it would be 750 EQP minimum.
