Another one here frustrated, how ITA is being disseminated by Google. Keep getting that "Boombox" (what a stupid term for on an air travel website) pop up.
Is there are a better alternative out there?

[QUOTE=Maayan;24021355]What do you mean? I don't see any change in behavior. The codes are still included with the names.

I guess I don't wait long enough?

Are they hoping to gradually phase out the use of matrix? The performance has certainly deteriorated over the last year. And since the "For faster results try Google Flight Search" message has appeared, it seems even slower and more likely to come up with "unknown internal error" and such, instead of useful results. I have nothing in principle against using Google Flights, but matrix has lots of functionality that Google Flights does not, and remains a far more useful tool. It seems like they are deliberately strangling it to drive traffic away, and toward something they can use to sell me something.

They are obviously still maintaining it, as evidenced by the list of enhancements, most of which just return functionality they previously took away.
