Need 14k DL MQM

Hey there. Need 14k MQM on DL by year's end -- would prefer to do it in one fell swoop. Leaving from WAS. Any ideas?

Thanks!

How about Dubai? It gets about 16,000 MQM and ITA shows $1155 on the December 6 weekend.

For 21,000 MQM, you can go to Singapore for roughly the same price. Outbound December 1, returning on December 3

IAD-TPE out 11/25 return 11/27 is $929, other days a bit more, plenty of miles.
IAD-DTW-ICN out 11/9 return 11/11 is $1001, other days available at same price,
13966 miles.

Found some super cheap DOH dates -- but they're V fares. MQMs only half the rate for a GM. Damn!

Not true. V fares earn full MQM's on DL. Also, MQM's are not dependent on status, what does being GM have to do with it?

You're right about the status bit -- brain fart. Was thinking of RDMs.

That being said...I'm still not understanding this V fare situation. I'm pulling up IAD-AMS-DOH-AMS-IAD on DL.com. All Dl ticketed routes. But . . . the trip only earns 7734 MQMs. That's because, DL.com tells me, there are no MQMs earned on the AMS-DOH and DOH-AMS segments. Why would this be? Again, both of those flights have DL numbers.

Normal delta.com flakiness. I've flown several V fares on KL this year and last and had no issues with mileage credit posting.
