Under 72 hours!

Here's my new itinerary:

Dec 6 IB 7500/IB 7626 ORY 7:25PM DXB 8:35AM 10h 10m via LHR
Dec 8 IB 7629/IB 7443 DXB 2:35AM MAD 10:50AM 11h 15m via LHR
Dec 8 IB 3176/IB 7626 MAD 1:25PM DXB 8:35AM 16h 10m via LHR
Dec 9 IB 7573/IB 7507 DXB 10:05AM ORY 6:40PM 11h 35m via LHR
€304.00

Pretty much a full day to explore Dubai, and less than 3 days out and back. There's flexibility in the MAD-LHR leg; I opted for more time in LHR so that there's less chance of missing the second flight to DXB, plus IIRC they have nicer lounges there.

Where did you find this routing and price?
Thanks
I'm not sure if those exact flights are available anymore, but I am able to enter whatever I find on ITA into Iberia.com and put it on hold for 24 hours. One important thing is to select the IB flight numbers for code shares, not the BA/whatever ones.

Not able to price this out in ITA. Tried using Return and Multi-city tabs, using "ib+", "lhr dxb lhr", "ib ib ib ib" and a few other routing codes. Is it still there?

Still there. Also valid into 2014. Put on on hold on the Iberia website for May. I've priced it out on Hipmunk, Expedia, and the Iberia website. Also checked random dates in Feb and it works. The Iberia website had the best price for me ($392 compared to $485 on Hipmunk/Expedia). Even though it accrues 80% mileage, it's still 3.1 cpEQM at $392 (presumably even less with 500 mins b/c of all the short hops to LHR). (3.8 cpm at $495).

ORY-DXB May 1
DXB-MAD May 2
MAD-DXB May 5
DXB-ORY May 6

When searching on ITA, use multicity and put IB LHR IB in every advanced routing box. I would also put +/- 1 or 2 days for the dates. If nothing comes up, it's probably not available on those days.

Once you get your dates, just type the trip into any of the three websites above. When you're selecting flights, make sure they match up to your ITA itinerary.

Any tips on a 2 hour turn in DXB with BA? I've read that you have to go up to the transfer desks to get your BP, and then go back down through security. Are the desks pretty easy to locate? I didn't see them on the DXB terminal map and I don't want to accidentally go through immigration if it's possible to stay airside.

Is this valid for the AA fasttrack promo? Is this a eligible codeshare?
I am talking about the 30k to EXP promo.

That would be a really cheap EXP. 2 of these trips for those interested.

It should be eligible for the fast track promo, however on its own it would be 3 trips, not 2, b/c it will only accrue 12k EQM (IB accrues 80% on AA for all discount economy flights that don't originate or terminate in the US or Mexico).

Still a good deal though.

Yea, their site is awful. If it doesn't work, try Hipmunk using the ITA code ("ORY::IB LHR IB" etc.)
