The t&c state twice (which is strange since there are only 8 terms) that

You must register before booking your flights to earn double qualifying miles with the Jumpstart to Preferred program.

and

In order to earn bonus miles, registration must occur prior to ticketing.

I would not count on them counting on previously booked flights.

They'd be idiotic if they allowed already booked travel to count. The idea is to sell more tickets...

$0.031 cpm

PHX-LAS-PHL-DUB-PHL-CLT-PHX

HNL-PHX-PHL-MXP-PHL-PHX-HNL @ $923.20 for 36228eqm

Combine with one of those great ~$500 east coast to HNL deals and end up with 50k EQMs for around $1400-1500

Well, I will be earning 75K EQMs on UA for the SFO-HNL-LAX-MEL-LAX-HNL-SFO x3 for $1770 without any double EQM promotion and require no registration.

Yes, but that fare is gone now, and this DEQM promo just started. Besides, doing it with the DEQM means less time wasted flying on marathon MRs.

BTW the SYD fare is great, I myself got in on it for one run in April, but my cost basis is a bit higher since i'm ex-BOS.

Since there is already an existing thread in the US Airways forum and mileage and EQM promotions are program-specific and not fare-specific, this cross-posted thread technically does not belong here. Hence, I am closing this thread.

Please continue any discussion at http://www.flyertalk.com/forum/us-ai...ugh-march.html.

Kind Regards
