SEA to Germany on AA 268+
I found this on Farcompare.com looks like AA went nuts and Germany is dirt cheap from everywhere now.
Fare Basis for AA is SLW7E3D or SLX7E3D
matched by KL, UA, NW, LH in the cologne germany market atleast.
From AA:
SEA to:
Munich 268+
Stuttgart 268+
Dresden 268+
Frankfurt 268+
Berlin 268+
Cologne 268+
Dortmund 268+
Hamburg 268+
Depending on the city there looks to be some min stays or date/time restrictions.

Yes, many people were pleasantly surprised to see particularly low fares on AA to everywhere in Europe (including myself, $212+ SFO-LON!!), but it is due to a change in the way AA files their fares - specifically how fuel surcharges are included.

yea, it's sucking for me after seeing those prices... it's looking like the cheapest i can find for sea-man is 598 all in when the pre-add on price is something like 316. oh well
