I do stuff like this every year and I'm always amazed that people think it's stressful or tiring to do one mileage run, much less a mega-mileage run. What's so stressful or tiring about alot of sitting around in airplane seats?! There's good exercise to be had walking through countless airport concourses and if you've a lounge membership or two, your down time can be comfortably spent far from the maddening crowds.
