The only tix that were honored were booked through AC's site (w/in the first hour or so) and Opodo. None from OS's as far as I know. The cc charges w/ OS never went through on mine. AC threatened no mileage accrual too, but IIRC some(?) did get mileage. That was AC's attempt at damage control.

UA's $106 PHX-CDG all-in fare was honoured (my friend discovered it by accident after I suggested he look into Orbitz - and I snagged only one, not thinking about doing mileage runs).
One FT'er reported being given $500 to simply get off the flight. I was never offered that though.
