I'm pretty sure the reservation will be held until midnight (Central Time) of the NEXT day after you make your reservation. In any case, you should get an email with the information on your "Held" reservation if you are a member of Mileage Plus.

Evidenly all of the LAS-based segments into or out are all zeroed out in the 'S' class...sorry!

What it says is:

Purchase by 12:00 am (midnight) Central Time on July 12 to avoid cancellation. Learn more.

Technically that is just a few hours away. The FAQ says you get 24 hours. Maybe they're just misusing the 12:00am terminology, or maybe they're using shorter holds for these fare sales?

I just booked a MR from SJC to IAD, out and back on Saturday Sept 16 for under $130 all in. With 1 P bonus and on line bonus it comes to 1.2 c per mile.

(I have never seen itasoftware so slow--obviously a lot for bargain fare seekers)

Correct me if I'm wrong, but doesn't UAL award 500 Miles for any flight less than 500 miles?

Having trouble pricing just about anything out of SEA. On booking engines, that is. FC is spitting out fares though.

Scratch that... I'm finding some now...
