Well, the "transition-to-the-new-service" message is all that's available now. I'm dying to join.

Seeing that is good, it means you have reached the new server

Won't be much longer

Just re-signed up. Did not receive any e-mails in the last several months as the system was being re-tooled. Everything seemed to work well just now.

Let me add my thanks for restarting this service.

We are now sending out a test message to all of the subscribers. If you receive this message, you're successfully signed up and ready to go.

If you don't receive it... don't panic. We are sending out over 6000 of them, so it may take a few hours!

If you still haven't received one within 24 hours, and you're sure you are signed up, please email [email protected] and we'll look into the issue for you.

Thanks!

Oh, by the way, the emails come from [email protected] so you may need to add that to your address book so it does not get marked as junk mail.

It's great to see this up and running again, thanks to internet travel buff ScottC (and it looks like markbach and others). For me this is what flyertalk is really about.

Okay, so now we're going to sit back and wait for some poor webmaster to make a data-entry error.

Hmmmm???

Recieved both cell & e-mail - however, the cell message was cut-off - not sure if that's a function of it being a long e-mail or if it's a function of AT&T/Cingular's mmode?
