THANK YOU to the original poster. Tickets purchased directly through JetBlue were canceled. Incredibly, tickets purchased through Chase UR were changed from non stop (ultimately non existent as others have mentioned) to 1 stop and orig fare honored. It took several tries to get confirmed status and the actual ticket numbers, but in this case persistence paid off!
