CM - MCO-GIG or GIG-MCO - $355 Roundtrip - 926 PQP
Copa Airlines - Orlando, Florida (MCO) to Rio de Janeiro (GIG) (or the reverse, GIG-MCO) - $355 roundtrip in economy (A fare code)
You can fly MCO-GIG on dates in August and September, or GIG-MCO on dates in June, August, and September. There are many dates available that allow an immediate return to Orlando once you get to Rio (however you'll still be on the ground in Rio about 10 hours), or you can stay for a few days. You'll need a hotel room in Panama City on the way between Orlando and Rio because the connection times at PTY are long (the flight from MCO lands late in the evening, so there's no connection to GIG on the same day).
This has to be booked today! (fare rules, not me trying to rush you)

926 PQP / 4631 Redeemable (Cost per PQP - 38.3369 cents)
* Copa has a few fare codes that don't earn mileage with United, so make sure you book into fare codes - E, L, T, A
