As well as the stated SJO/LIR, PTY & TGU, you also have at least 3 more Central American countries in the game!
-BZE, MGA, SAL all work (but I find different working dates for each).
-For Honduras, you also have SAP, not just TGU.

Still out there, for DFW with travel over ATL.
DFW-PTY $283 June 12-14. No other 0- or 1-day seen
DFW-BZE $274-$282 widely available even on same-day turnarounds well into November (most availability in midweek, or weekdays/weekend days in the fall.
DFW-TGU $274-280 from August on (1-day stay 8/4 and 8/17 on; 2-day stay from 8/10 and 8/16 on)
DFW-SAL $281 from 8/8 on
DFW-SJO $293 from 9/12 on (less available)
DFW-LIR $287 from 9/9 on for 1-day on
(etc.)
