So for 9281 miles before bouns isn't bad. I just bought 3 more ticket and yes there are same day return, leave Tuesday morning and arrive back in PHX Wed morning. Lots of avilablity April and May and yes it can be bought on AA. With fares like this I'll make EXPLT with no problem.

Return - Tue 16 Apr 2013 - (Honolulu)
This flight leaves on Tuesday and arrives on Wednesday

American Airlines

Departs: HNL

6:55 AM Economy

Flight: 1695
Departs: DFW
8:40 AM Arrives: PHX
9:15 AM Economy
Aircraft: M80 | Distance: 865MI | Fare Code: QR00FQH1
I'm surprised this hasn't gotten more publicity...same day turn at 3.6cpm seems like a really good deal. I've got two on hold right now and positioning flights are wide open for from DFW. Thanks for posting.

Seeing flights on AA from ATL-GIG/GRU for $570 in May. Says it needs to be ticketed by 5/6 (Tomorrow) and travel must be by 6/12

DL: JFK - LAX nonstop $258

Not a bad fare if you are needing to be in LA. Comes out to $129 each way. Available throughout April and May

What is annoying me is i am building this via aa.com's multicity, and both yesterday and today i've built it to leave on a sunday, it gives me the $336 price, but when i go to book it, the price jumps to $1100...obviously, I can start the trip on monday and it works just fine. Just annoying b/c i'd rather start on sunday. Oh well. I've got two of these on hold, more than likely will pull the trigger on them. This will put me at 70K in booked flights this year, all under 3.6cpm.

In light of all these exciting fares, I'd like to share something far more pedestrian: DL ERI-MSP ~$200 a/i (I discovered this fare while working to position to MSP for the AA GIG fare.)

UA: ZVE-EWR-ORD $169 (New Haven Rail, CT)

Just saw this on .bomb. ZVE-EWR-ORD-EWR-ZVE in April and May for $169 r/t. ZVE is New Haven Union Station and ZVE-EWR is Amtrak service.

Also available as a o/w for $84.40. Seems like quite a lot of availability.

For those of us in the CT area, this can be a convenient and cheap option. I also saw Milwaukee for a slightly higher price. There may be other destinations, but I did not check.

Thanks! I booked a party of three at that price at 1pm PST today, but the fare is dead now. Was a price match to Virgin America, which is gone now as well.
The only problem with LAX/SFO to JFK, is that it's a tough route for upgrades because of the "biz-class light" cabin, which has fewer seats than a typical Delta 757.

The reverse, LAX-JFK, isn't working for DL, but it's showing up as $278 on AA and UA in Apr.

ATL-TTN $88 r.t on F9

TTN= Trenton, NJ

I did not realize that Frontier has started a lot of new service from TTN. I do not think you could route through DEN for more miles. (I assume F9 program is mileage based ).

Just realized there is a triple miles promo for routes to/from TTN until 5/31.
