Looks like the return flight is sold out (or, as the web page says, "not available". Did anyone manage to book this? Great deal!

The paddleboat site pulls up some RTs @ $275.94 on AA, which brought me directly to the passenger info screen, so this might be worth a shot for anyone interested...
The ones I originally tried pulling up on AA wouldn't let me get this far in booking...Also, I'm seeing routing options with the same outbound and TAM/AA return for prices in the $300s..I forget which site this was on, might have been the Cheap0

On AA.com the return flight seems like it's sold out indeed, but if I go to Google Flights, select the same dates/flights it brings me to the AA seats/payment page, $275...

This fare is still bookable on the big O. $315 round-trip all incl. connects via dfw outbound and bsb mia on return.

Finally a slight thaw in the PHX-Michigan market
DL: DTW-PHX from 6.5cpm (yuck). 260RT on non-stops, 282RT if routing through ATL.
Travel between Nov 1 - Dec 13th, most of the second half of November blacked out for Thanksgiving.

AA: BOS-LAX $216 RT AI. Only valid dates are departing BOS on 10/27 (Saturday) and returning on 10/29 (Monday).
Edit: Departing on the 7:35PM departure (AA 223) on 10/6 (Friday) is also valid, cannot return before Monday. Tuesday returns are also valid.
