Segway Tours - the two wheeled ride while standing thingy
Segways are sidewalk legal in 44 states, guess IL is one of those states as one can use them to take tours.

The way I see the cops and rent-a-cops at Millenium Park constantly stopping due to pedestrian traffic, I can't see this being too efficient. I hope they don't go out on the bike path - those damned four wheel bicycle buggies are problem enough, especially when their trying to pedal them uphill going north before they cross the Lake Shore Drive bridge.
