TV Food Network pro TYLER FLORENCE cuts it up at The Chopping Block cooking school this week. To raise funds for Common Threads, a non-profit dedicated to teaching children about other cultures through food, Mr. Florence will whip up hors d'oeuvres adapted from his new book, "Eat This Book: Cooking with Global Fresh Flavors."
