Who serve's the best Lobster?

I don't care much for other types of seafood. Just want to know where I can find the freshest and best prepared lobster. I don't mind paying for quality but don't want to pay a premium just for someone's famous name on the door. Oh yeah....hopefully in the North Suburbs.

http://burhops.com/ in Glenview, Wilmette & Hinsdale

http://www.fishguy.com/ in Chicago (Elston & Montrose)

I would call it a bit differently. Chinn's being "retail". The other's "retail plus".

Never had bad fish at Chinn's. Can't recall whether I or one of my assoicates had the lobster tail a couple of years ago. Either way it was good.

A dish I like to order from Chinn's is the Stir fry lobster. Get a tast of lobster and veggies too.
