Cafe Sushi - Old Town

Since others have bemoaned the decrease in postings since the end of Sweet Willie's contest, Here goes ...

Cafe Sushi
1342 N. Wells St.
312-337-0700

IMHO, a great alternative to Kamehachi, which is only a block away. Great Sushi, fair prices, a very friendly staff (They always say 'Hi' when I come in), pleasant outdoor dining in the summer, and BYOB make this place my favorite in the area. Definitely something to consider when the wait at Kamehachi is too long.

Edited to add: How could I forget? They're also on Idine, giving 10pts/$1 everyday.

very key point. I love BYOB places, just makes the bill more reasonable.
