PIA will cancel ISB-KHI-BCN-ORD (2 weekly B772) next summer and also AI will drop DEL-ORD (daily B772) from 1st March.

Less competition to ORD and it's good opportunity for EK to launch ORD.

I think you meant AA will drop DEL-ORD, not AI.

PIA confirmed the drop from BCN to ORD.

Here's a quick response to a email I sent to EK. This was dated 13/2/12. I've omitted both my and the managers name.



Dear <Insert name>,

There are no plans to start our passenger services to ORD in Summer 2012.

You may disqualify any rumours as they have no meat in it.

Probably not for a while. You have wait for after Summer time is over. EK will have consider it again in a distant the future. Not right now.

^ The city realizes to be really world class, they are going to need to do something with T5 and 380 parking. From the meetings I've sat in on, any 380
operator will arrive and depart from T5.
