MSP Showers?
Looks like the DL lounges don't have any (unless the info isn't current). Are there any (preferably) airside shower options at the airport?

Correct, neither DL lounge has them, nor does the Escape lounge. I'm not aware of anything else airside.

There's a PGA lounge across from Escape that accepts PP but I don't know whether it has showers.

Escape (AmEx Plat/Centurion cards) not only has no showers but lavatories outside and down the hall.

The UA lounge is far too small for either showers or lavatories.

All of these are airside in T1 (DL, etc.) as are the two DL SCs. Neither has showers, but the C SC does have a clothes changing room (without running water).

Is it still the case that there are no showers at MSP?

The Elevations Spa at the InterContinental MSP has showers. Call the hotel and ask if its available.
