Alinea - a mind boggling dining experience
I am a bit jaded. I have eaten at some of the best restaurants in NY, London, SFO, Paris and Tokyo. I had dinner tonight at Alinea and it was an absolutely stunning experience. The food and the service was absolutely perfect. We also had the high end wine pairing and it was likewise perfect. Restaurants don't get any better. And it was a friendly celebration of the food, not at all stuffy. Just a wonderful place.
