YX server down?

YX server down?

Have not been able to log-in this morning to YX site. Has anyone else had similar issue?

I've tried to call web support, but of course, there is a message about the wait being a minimum of.....

What time did you book? I have not been able to get on since about 9:30 this morning. It just times out with an IE message "Cannot find server."

Just got thru to web support, who confirmed that their server is down. They expect things to be back up and running about noon today.

Back up and running now.

Wonder how much revenue they lost as a result. Probably a negligible impact. But still, don't they need every penny they can get these days?

It was down most of the morning, as Hoss stated, all appears to be fine now.

The first time I called, I received the usual message about the wait exceeding ?! minutes; needless to say, I did not wait too long.

The second time I called, after pressing "1" for rez, and "5" for web support, a CSR immediately answered. She provided acccurate information and was anxious to know if there were anything she could help me with, while the site was down.

I think the website came back up around 12:30 this afternoon. At first, I could not review active and past reservations, but that soon self-corrected.
