Ow long did it take to get through ?
The first time I called, I received the usual message about the wait exceeding ?! minutes; needless to say, I did not wait too long.
The second time I called, after pressing "1" for rez, and "5" for web support, a CSR immediately answered. She provided acccurate information and was anxious to know if there were anything she could help me with, while the site was down.
I think the website came back up around 12:30 this afternoon. At first, I could not review active and past reservations, but that soon self-corrected.
