I am a MM member but I don't think I have ever received an e-mail from the airline with this promo code in it--although I usually just delete them! I also don't travel that often to build up any significant miles so maybe that's why I didn't get the code. I got the confirmed reservation, so wish me luck! I saved $200 (which helps since I am going to Vegas!)

Can't get any code to work for November, has anyone had any luck?

The hallq308 code worked MKE-ATL into October. Either the hallq408 code will not be activated until the expiration of the hallq308 code, or there will not be a specific 4th quarter code. The code will not work, apparently, on codeshares.
