"Cannot find server"
Has anyone been able to log on to www.midwestairlines.com today? Is their server down?
I keep getting the "Cannot find server" message, no matter which browser I use,
for the last hour or so. And, of course I cannot reach YX by phone, either; keep getting a busy signal.
I imagine with all of the bad weather in Wisconsin yesterday and today, they are overwhelmed and overloaded.

Their lines of communication must surely have been knocked out...there is still no response after 5+ hours. Hopefully, they will be back up and running by early Monday morning. If not, there must be an emergency plan in place for redirecting incoming calls and relocating CSRs. Many of the CSRs work from home, so that, in itself might help.
This wave of weather is going to be a major financial hit for Midwest. Lost business, delayed/cancelled flights, plus possible physical damage to facilities are not coming at a good time.
Wonder if YX is insured for this type of loss, besides any physical loss or damage to property, i.e. "Business Interruption" coverage.
