20 year recognition only year and a half late
You know I wasn't going to do this but today I received my 20 year certificate stamped by Tim Hoeksema. It's only a year and half late and they even asked me if I wanted to buy the crystal lighted piece that they have given to many 20 year employees. It's only $220 dollars. What should I do? There are many of people who have, or are shortly being shown the door are being asked if they would like to buy the pin, ring or the crystal. You have to be kidding! The certificate is nice, but do you think Tim could've spent a a couple of seconds to actually sign it? To me that is such a basic thing that if I were a CEO of a company, I would spend the time to sign it.

Sorry about the cert not getting signed.. Just shows you the type of man TH is... But Karma comes around... TH will get whats due him in the end... Good Luck to you... the REAL YX employees made YX a great carrier. Sadly now its just a shell of what it was...
