Transit in Dubai with medication

I have been using DXB for years, but this is the first time I am actually carrying medicine. My doc has prescribed 5 tabs of 5mg Diazepam (valium) for anxiety. Knowing the rules in the UAE, I of course got a letter written by my doctor as well, with a stamp from the medical facility. Now here is the tricky part. As I am only given 5 tablets, I do not have a package for them, as the smallest package available is 25 tabs. Furthermore, it was handed to me directly from the clinic and not from a pharmacy. So what the heck do I do? It says that medicine has to be in its original packaging, but in this case such packaging does not exist.
It also does not state clearly if I need a permission from the health ministry in the UAE to carry it with me during transit, or if this only applies to those going outside the airport.
The embassy has yet to respond, so I wanted to hear if anyone here had any experience with this.
