Visa question - Joint visas

So I'm planning a trip and it looks like this will be my itinerary:

FRA-DOH
*24hrs in DOH*
DOH-DXB
*4 days in DXB*
DXB-MCT
*2 to 3 days in MCT*
MCT-BAH
*20hrs in BAH*
BAH-FRA

I'm trying to find out about visas, but it seems a bit tricky. I got dual citizenship (PL and USA) so I don't know which passport is easier to travel on. I read about the joint visa, but I'm not sure how that works.
For the times I'm going, what visas would I need and what are the costs? Are they all VOA?

DOH is VOA (USA is ok and PL I think too). You pay 100 riyals by credit card. You can do it online beforehand I think (e-visa) which may save a minute or two.

DXB is VOA, no fees.

BAH is VOA, about 5 dinars I think. I did it online beforehand (7 dinar) though so was abit easier/faster.

MCT is VOA, 20 riyals.

Oman visa is free if you have a Dubai entry stamp.

Interesting. I didn't know that Omani visa is free if you have a Dubai entry stamp. I have a Canadian passport. How old does the Dubai entry/exit stamp have to be, get a free Omani visa?

you are flying DXB-MCT, you dont have to pay.

Also, a Qatari visa is good for Oman, see stamp in my passport

You have to have entered UAE at Dubai - and gone immediately to Oman without going anywhere else, whether by land or by plane.
Look at my passport, going by land to Oman after arriving in Dubai 4 days earlier.

Nice.
Exactly what we plan to do. DOH-DXB. Few days in DXB then DXB-MCT.
So VOA and visa-free for me!
