That is quite a feat. No way did I think they would get something usable so quickly.

Especially impressive considering this is PennDOT. Not typically known for speed on project completion.

As an update, I decided to take a side trip into Lancaster County yesterday on my way out of Philadelphia so ended up avoiding I-95 and the Turnpike. Thanks again for the tips.
